Job Description
Emirates Islamic Bank is presently hiring suitable candidate for the job role of Administrative Assistant. This is full time role and it was announced by the bank on March 11, 2024. If you are willing for this role then submit your application now.
Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant
- Arranging the cost approval from Business or from department for each and every works.
- Issuing Local purchase order and checking the works and getting the feedback from the work requestor upon the completion.
- After ensuring, the invoice will be processed for releasing the payments.
- Getting involve in all stages from the kickoff onwards.
- Preparing a timeline from the mobilization of site to the completion and handing over the unit to business.
- Continuous follow ups and updating the weekly status to the management.
- Ensuring the works are complete as per the target date and met the EI standards and requirements.
- Arranging the required police permissions, mall NOC’s and other kind of assistance required in the middle of job execution.
- Close monitoring of budgets.
- Managing all the files and keeping the relevant documents copy in the department store by manually and electronically.
- Validating the bank guarantees receiving from the contractors and securing them.
- Preparing memos and required documents for all the works and sending them to the concerned personals.
- Taking MOM’s for all the meeting happening internally in our department.
Requirements of Administrative Assistant
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years experience.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to details.
