Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (Emarat) presently requires suitable candidate for job position of a Shamil Administrative Assistant in Sharjah, UAE. Job Purpose of A Shamil Administrative Assistant

To provide efficient administrative / secreterial support and assistance to facilitate smooth operations.

Your Job Duties As A Shamil Administrative Assistant At Emarat Sharjah (UAE)

  • Handles all routine administrative and secretarial duties for Vehicle Testing Manager and VT centers.
  • Coordinates with respective traffic police departments, vehicle testing dealers, insurance companies and suppliers to meet Shamil operations requirements.
  • Coordinates with legal advisor and dealer sales coordinator to prepare insurance lease agreements and follows all related formalities.
  • Supplies monthly accounts reports to Shamil dealers, Northern Emirates Traffic Police, Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (EASM) and RTA.
  • Prepares PR & LPO related to Shamil suppliers, follow up for required approvals & coordinating with purchase and accounts Departments to insure efficient procedures.
  • Compiles sales figures, annual budget plan, profitability presentation, tested vehicles charts and related data for Manager Vehicle Testing (MVT)
  • Liaison between Engineering and Services Department, IT Department and VT centres in solving emergency problems.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Diploma in Business administration or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.

Nationality

  • UAE national.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent verbal and written skills (Arabic & English).
  • Administrative skills.
  • Computer / IT literate.
