Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

  • Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, including scanning and filing documents.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists

Requirements of Administrative Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience of 2 – 5 Years as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
