Duties of Administration Management Administrator
- Carefully monitor and manage airside pass applications and cancellations, OHC medical scheduling, PR requests, and other administrative tasks.
- Regularly updating and checking important systems, such as excel trackers, HR360, ASP management system, oracle systems, and power bi, to ensure accurate and up to date information.
- Maintaining a smooth operation of the Airside, OHC, and PR process.
- Accurately executing administrative tasks by paying attention to detail.
- In charge of generating monthly reports that are submitted to the finance and payroll departments, ensuring proper allocation of costs.
- Saving relevant documents and keeping track of costs in an organized manner.
- Handle various communication tasks, including effective communication with internal and external teams and departments.
- Promptly respond to emails and address any urgent.
Eligibility Requirements for Administration Management Administrator
- Diploma or Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the same industry in GCC.
- 1-2 years in the matters.
