Job Description
Retailing industry is seeking a detail oriented and proactive individual to join their team as an Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing office tasks, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities of Admin Assistant
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in coordinating office events and activities.
Requirements of Admin Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus.
- Proven experience of less than 1 year as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
