Responsibilities of Admin Assistant
- Provide administrative support.
- Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference.
- Greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
