• Office inspections multiple times a day focus on clean, organized, maintain functionality, and reporting .
• Relay messages accurately to appropriate staff members.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Maintain office calendars and schedule arrangements.
• Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment when necessary.
• Assist with expense tracking, invoici.
