Consultancy Industry is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to their management and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication capabilities.

Responsibilities of Admin Assistant

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Coordinate office procedures and manage administrative projects.
  • Support HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.

Requirements of Admin Assistant

  • A high school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience of less than 1 year as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
