About the Role

Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an outstanding Administrative Assistant to join the school for the academic year 2026-2027. Additionally, this full-time support position involves providing comprehensive administrative support including typing official documents, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records. Furthermore, Muna British Academy is rated Outstanding by ADEK and serves over 900 students from Nursery to Year 7 following the National Curriculum of England. Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant, you will attend administration team meetings and type and brand official documents for the school. Moreover, you will receive, direct, and respond to emails while liaising with teaching and non-teaching staff on matters within your responsibility. In addition, you will link with Aldar HQ for all relevant issues and tasks and design new documents to improve effectiveness. Furthermore, you will support new staff with arrival, induction, and accommodation requirements. You will also maintain up-to-date records, assist with ADEK trip and activity approvals, and ensure all registers are accurate and current.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification. Additionally, school experience is preferred for this position. Moreover, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office with enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility. Furthermore, good literacy skills and an excellent command of English are essential, with the ability to speak Arabic being an advantage. The ability to work as part of a team and hit the ground running are also required.
