Responsibilities of Activity Coordinator

• Carry out daytime and evening program for adults and kids
• Support/ Organize   Birthday Parties
• Ensuring guests participate in all activities during the day.
• Acting as ambassador of the hotel and facilities in terms of service excellence, work ethics responsibility, flexibility, confidentiality and achievement of an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensuring that matters relating to safe operations and pollution prevention risk are carried out.
• Reporting non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences to the master.
• Manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high paced and stressful environment and work under pressure.
• Ensures / Support  the cleanliness of the activity area and kids club .
• Replaces Kids Club Team Members / Receptionist in her/his absence .
• Performs choreographed and rehearsed activity routines as scheduled.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Hilton standards and work varied shifts which will  include weekends and public  holidays.

Requirements of Activity Coordinator

The requirements of Activity Coordinator are as under:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
