Responsibilities of Activity Coordinator
- Carry out daytime and evening program for adults and kids
- Support/ Organize Birthday Parties
- Ensuring guests participate in all activities during the day.
- Acting as ambassador of the hotel and facilities in terms of service excellence, work ethics responsibility, flexibility, confidentiality and achievement of an outstanding guest experience.
- Ensuring that matters relating to safe operations and pollution prevention risk are carried out.
- Reporting non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences to the master.
- Manage multiple tasks and remain calm in very high paced and stressful environment and work under pressure.
- Ensures / Support the cleanliness of the activity area and kids club .
- Replaces Kids Club Team Members / Receptionist in her/his absence .
- Performs choreographed and rehearsed activity routines as scheduled.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Hilton standards and work varied shifts which will include weekends and public holidays.
Requirements of Activity Coordinator
The requirements of Activity Coordinator are as under:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
