Accounts Payable Executive Independent Food Company Dubai

Independent Food Company is currently looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join their finance team in their Head Office in Tecom Dubai. This is a mid level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 15000 AED to 25000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview process.

Duties of An Accounts Payable Executive

• Invoice Processing: Manage the end-to-end process of receiving, reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Payment Processing: Coordinate with finance team members to ensure timely payment of invoices while adhering to payment terms and company policies.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, resolve any discrepancies or issues regarding invoices or payments, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth transactions.
• Expense Reporting: Assist in the preparation of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, and resolve any discrepancies.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Accounts Payable Executive are as under:

• CA-Charted Accountant/ ACCA/ MBA Finance.
• 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years ideally in F&B/FMCG/Retail and must have working experience in Oracle Net Suite.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts and ratios, and have extensive experience in Excel and other financial software.
