Accounts Executive at Marina Home Interiors in Plot # TP010105C, National Industries Park, Downtown, Dubai, UAE should possess strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills. The candidate is responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payables. Candidate should track purchase orders and process payments that come into the company’s accounting department from suppliers or customers. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Accounts Executive

• Ensuring timely preparation of cheques for settlements, loans, custom duty and freight invoices.
• Ensuring timely preparation of cheques for sales return, non-trade creditors like advertisement parties and petty cash for various departments.
• Preparation of TT payments for vendors.
• Settlement Entries for Credit Cards:
• Ensuring that the Credit card settlement entries for all showrooms in UAE are done in time.
• Reconciliation Reports:
• Timely preparation of Credit Card reconciliations and Creditors reconciliation.
• Preparation of Creditors age- wise analysis report.
• Preparation of various reports monthly for MIS and forwarding the same to the Finance Controller.
• Preparation of reports for marketing expenses.
• Preparation of reports for director’s personal expenses.

Requirements for Role of Accounts Executive

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in finance / accounting
• 3+ years experience in accounts role preferably in the Premium/ Luxury retail sector.
• Retail Experience is preferred.
• Microsoft D365 experience is a must.
