Accounting & Reporting Manager Nestle Dubai

As the Accounting and Reporting Manager at Nespresso (flagship brand linked to Nestle) in 3rd Floor, Dubai World Central HQ Building Near New Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, UAE, candidate will pivotal in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of the company. Job holder will be responsible for establishing the financial status by implementing robust systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information. This includes ensuring proper maintenance of financial records in accordance with local statutory regulations and Nestle Accounting Standards, as well as preparing timely and accurate Financial Statements and other reports for internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, candidate will oversee tax compliance to protect the company from unnecessary tax liabilities and optimize tax strategies within business objectives. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Accounting and Reporting Manager

• Drive delivery of True and Fair view of Financial Statements.
• Drive the execution/consolidation/reporting of the monthly PEC process across the business they support with other functional business partners and drive simplification.
• Provide appropriate insights and strongly support a fact-based decision-making process, based on business environment & specialist financial knowledge.
• Ensure accurate production and reporting of actuals providing explanation of variances.
• Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the Financial  Accounting processes reflect necessary internal controls.
• Preparation of prompt and accurate reports to management with comments on the various financial metrics, highlighting major performance gaps (deviations from norms).
• Responsible for PEC queries, reporting and analysis for the businesses that are supported.  Act as key P&L support to the F&C Manager.
• Drive Nespresso & NIM Standardization in collaboration with HQ Team and Other Markets leads within the team.
• Ensure adherence to local statutory and regulatory financial requirements and Nestle Accounting Standards.
• Drives Nestlé tax strategy to optimize local taxes consistent with business objectives.
• Manage and develop the teams to develop capability and career aspirations.

Requirements for Role of Accounting and Reporting Manager

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in effectively managing relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and expectations.
