Job Description

Textiles industry is seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to join their finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities of Accountant

Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.
Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision making.
Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements of Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-2 years as an Accountant, preferably in a corporate setting.
CPA certification is a plus.
