Purpose of Trainee Accountant
Responsible for Accounts payable invoices and payment processing.
Job Duties of A Trainee Accountant
- Responsible to manage account matter in a highly befitting manner.
- Responsible for all account payable invoices.
- Enter invoices in oracle, process for payment, receive and apply cash & close invoice.
- Support in processing payments, review audit and sort documents, notify vendor if any document is missing.
- Work with payment groups and update auto checks, mail with invoices & file documents.
- Match supplier invoice with statements.
- Rovide support in period end closing activities.
- Update regularly Standard Operating Procedures related to accounts.
- Perform any other job related to accounts or which may fall within the job scope.

Qualification
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in same role.
- Experience in payroll and employee disbursements processing required.
