Account Executive Transguard Group Dubai

Transguard Group is currently recruiting for an Account Executive to join Transguard Living team who will be responsible to manage and operate the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures to support the operational teams.

Duties of Account Executive

• Identify new clients and revenue streams.
• Develop relationships with clients
• Identify and create leads.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Research and document market intelligence on clients and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Minimum expectation of meeting sales targets.
• Manage client accounts, develop relationships, and facilitate sales of products or services to meet revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time.
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Account Executive

The eligibility requirements for role of Transguard Living Account Executive are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in the facilities management industry.
