Job Description

Transguard Group UAE presently has job opening for eligible Female candidates (India, Nepal & Pakistani) for position of a Accommodation Supervisor in Dubai. Job Purpose of Accommodation Supervisor

  • To assist the Accommodation Manager with the efficient daily operations of the accommodation.
  • Managing safety, hygiene, maintenance, security and welfare.
  • Conduct daily audits and spot checks.
  • Deploy Transguard staff to their workplace daily basis under company policy.
  • Be prepared to deputize for Accommodation Manager when required.

Your Job Duties As An Accommodation Supervisor (Female National of India, Nepal & Pakistani) At Transguard Group Dubai (UAE)

  • Supervise and develop staff.
  • Deploy and schedule replacement of staff to cover emergency leave, injury, illness and training.
  • Deal with all cases of absence and late returns as per company policy.
  • Maintain cleanliness of accommodation.
  • Report all damaged materials & equipment of accomodation.
  • Ensure staff are correctly dressed and groomed to Transguard standard.

What You’ll Need?

Qualification

  • High school or equivalent.

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in relevant field with respect to accomodation.

Nationality

  • India, Nepal & Pakistani.

No of Vacancies

  • 4 x vacancies are available for accomodation superviser.

  • Strategic planning.

  • Effective communication.
  • Time management.
