Accommodation Officer Dubai Ports (DP) World

Dubai Ports (DP) World presently has a job opening for eligible candidate for the position of an Accommodation Officer. Duties of Accommodation Officer

• Supervising all inspector.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with service provider about the services carried out within accommodation.
• Conduct quarterly resident committee meeting and submit MOM to Management.
• Prepare scope of work.
• Raise tender/QR.
• Technical review of received proposal.
• Coordinate with concerned engineers for feedback.
• Prepare Summary of received quotes for Manager review and approval.
• Once approved coordinate with QC team to raise AFE/MR/PR.
• Once PO issued coordinate with supplier for work plan.
• Supervise the project during execution.
• Final inspection and signing of job completion report.
• Review monthly performance report submitted by all service providers and sign off the WCR.
• Follow up for all security related projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments for the requirements like NOC, Notices, or any other requirements.
• Coordinate with external clients to resolve issues.
• Address and rectify issues raised by client either via telephone, email, or Dubai trade.
• Review reports received from inspectors and provided feedback.
• Review weekly and monthly reports and submit them to Management.
• Review and maintain updated contracts for all the services carried out within Accommodation areas.
• Security projects follow up report.
• Coordinate with HSE for all HSE requirements.
• Prepare improvement plan.
• Prepare Annual budget.
• Keeping track of all approved quotes, monthly expense summary, cricket ground booking, isolation ward admittance, invoices for revenue share suppliers, NOC, SOL.
• All issues and service contracts related to South G+10.
• Improvement of existing process and procedure
