Responsibilities
- Keep tabs on daily admin tasks for Almarai’s employee housing in Abu Dhabi.
- Check that staff quarters meet UAE’s tough hygiene and safety rules.
- Spot issues in bakery accommodations and fix them quick.
- Track occupancy and supplies with neat, accurate records.
- Team up with maintenance crews to sort out repairs or upgrades.
- Whip up clear reports on housing conditions for the higher-ups.
- Use SAP or a similar system to stay on top of tasks and stock.
- Chat with vendors and staff to keep things running like clockwork.
- Pop in for regular inspections to ensure top-notch standards.

- Answer employee questions about housing setups fast.
- Work with HR to match accommodations to staff needs.

Requirements
Education
A higher secondary certificate or equivalent is a must. A diploma in administration, facility management, or hospitality gives a leg up.
Experience
