Job Description

The Academic Coordinator at American Hospital Dubai is responsible for orienting students, managing end to end of their schedule while in the hospital and establishing connection with international universities. Responsibilities of Academic Coordinator

  • Orient Students.
  • Communicate with physicians.       
  • Schedule Meetings.                                       
  • Communicate with international universities and try to connect.
  • Create schedule for students, help to organize and manage.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective time management between schedules.
  • Maintain up to date data to secure the proper archiving and records management of all department documentation.
  • Coordinate classroom schedules ensuring that suitable facilities are available for the session.
  • Prepare all teaching equipment, materials and information as requested by Academic employee to enable lectures/workshops to be conducted as required.
  • Collaborate with the respective departments to ensure all processes related to student complaints and appeals completed in line with the policy.

Role Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience.
