Job Description

The 3D Visualizer & Draftsman at IFZA is responsible for creating 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) drawings and models to support the design and development of various products and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The CAD Designer will work closely with the Design Manager and other design team members to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities of 3D Visualizer & Draftsman

  • Creating 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models using computer-aided design software.
  • Collaborating with design team members to develop and refine design concepts.
  • Reviewing and analyzing design data to identify and resolve design issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of design changes and updates.
  • Participating in design review meetings and provide input and recommendations.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management.
  • Creates detailed technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by architects, engineers, or designers.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of 3D Visualizer & Draftsman are as under:

  • Associates degree in CAD drafting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD design.

Skills Desired

  • Familiarity with design principles and standards.
  • Advantageous to have surveying background, with setting out and as-built drawings experience.
  • Full English proficiency.
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, other CAD software, Sketchup, and Revit.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
