Women First Jobs is presently hiring for the job role of 360 Degree Recruitment Consultant in Dubai. The role holder will be responsible for managing the whole recruitment process from start to finish. This is a full time job within human resources discipline that offers multiple benefits.

About the Role

• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to develop a deep understanding of their business, culture, and staffing requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various job positions.
• Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and placement.
• Work with clients to develop recruitment strategies and plans aligned with their business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of ongoing recruitment activities.
• Analyze and optimize recruitment processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate the offer and acceptance process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to placement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to advise both clients and candidates.

Requirements of 360 Degree Recruitment Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in UAE as a Recruitment professional having worked across sectors in head hunting candidates from Junior to CXO levels across sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE Recruitment Industry as a Talent Acquisition Professional.
• Experience in UAE Recruitment industry.
• UAE driving license holder.
