Production Manager Exhibition Stands Plum Jobs Dubai

Plum Jobs is recruiting an experienced production manager from the exhibitions stands industry to join their Dubai operations.The  client specializes in the production of high quality bespoke exhibition stands and temporary event structures across the GCC. The successful candidate will be a client-facing production manager who has deep expertise in managing the production of bespoke state of the art exhibition stands to optimize the visitor engagement and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle production planning, coordinating technical details with clients, concept design, creating bill of materials and fabrication instructions, overseeing the onsite build, installation and dismantle.
• Assist the sales team with new business pitches, cost estimates and budgets.
• Review technical drawings, prepare and present exhibition stands mock-ups and mood boards to clients.

Requirements of Production Manager Exhibition Stands

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of engineering related to construction and architecture.
• Experience:7 – 10 years experience in the manufacturing and production of exhibition stands with deep expertise in modular architecture, manufacture of engineered and joinery components, graphics printing and finishing, carpentry, signage and steel fabrication.
• GCC driving license is a strong advantage.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Good understanding of AV, light, sound, rigging and trussing technology to incorporate into the design, build and installation.
• Working knowledge of 3d modelling and rendering, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Results driven; able to work in an ambiguous environment and able to stay calm.
