Duties of Account Director Communication and Change Management

Leading change management communication initiatives:

  • Demonstrate a proven history of successfully leading communications on change management initiatives.

Conceptual understanding of behavior-based communications:

Overall program management

  • Ensure effective coordination and collaboration across teams to achieve program objectives.

High-level client liaison:

  • Engage in high-level client liaison, building confidence and trust across all client levels.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.

Leadership in communications design and execution

  • Lead, design, and execute leader-led communications and group-wide cascades across multiple operating entities.

Day to day advisory

  • Conduct employee engagement gap analysis and develop ongoing action plans to improve outcomes.
