Job Description
Michael Page has an opportunity for Training Manager to join one of the largest maisons in the luxury Watch & Jewellery industry part of a large conglomerate. This is a good opportunity to lead the strategic training function for one of the giants in the Watch & Jewellery Industry.
Responsibilities of Training Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, this person is responsible for;
- Developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and learning resources.
- Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Managing relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
Requirements of Training Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in management or any other relevant field.
- Minimum:5 years in a training role within the luxury industry, ideally atleast 3 years in Watch & Jewellery.
- Willing to travel across MEA.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Ability to build strategic training programmes and strong communication skills to execute training programmes.
- High level of attention to detail, given the maison’s positioning in the market.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Arabic is considered beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive and skilled candidate.
- Ability to Manager task in a timely manner.
- Result driven individual with ability to organize tasks efficiently.
