Job Description

Sharaf Retail currently seeking a competent Payroll Administrator with experience in SAP/SuccessFactors to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately processing payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and providing support for payroll-related inquiries.

Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator

  • Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner using SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing.
  • Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Support payroll-related projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements for Role of Payroll Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1 years experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably with SAP/SuccessFactors expertise.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors payroll processing and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
