Job Description
Sharaf Retail currently seeking a competent Payroll Administrator with experience in SAP/SuccessFactors to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately processing payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and providing support for payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator
- Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner using SAP/SuccessFactors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
- Prepare payroll reports for management as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
- Support payroll-related projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements for Role of Payroll Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1 years experience as a Payroll Administrator, preferably with SAP/SuccessFactors expertise.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors payroll processing and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
