Job Description

Home Appliances industry is looking for enthusiastic and driven Outdoor Sales Staff to promote and sell their products/services directly to customers in outdoor settings. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, persuasive, and customer oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities of Outdoor Sales Staff

  • Prospect and generate leads through outdoor sales activities such as door to door canvassing, street sales, and outdoor events.
  • Engage with potential customers to present product/service features and benefits in a compelling manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales transactions.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for increasing sales and market penetration.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements of Outdoor Sales Staff

  • High school diploma.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers face to face.
