Job Description
The Corporate Performance Senior Manager at Transguard Group will be responsible for spearheading the development and refinement of key performance metrics in relation to corporate and strategic objectives. This includes collaborating with relevant business units to ensure appropriate data is collected and reported on and providing regular performance reports to executive management. The role also involves defining and planning corrective actions in collaboration with business units, diligently following up on their implementation, and ensuring the alignment of performance with organizational objectives.
Duties of Corporate Performance Senior Manager
- Collaborate with business unit leadership to identify suitable metrics.
- Establish data governance for each metric, including gathering protocols and data format/stewardship.
- Refine and assess metrics with regards to their relevance in the wider strategy context.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Unit to develop a comprehensive reporting framework for corporate metrics.
- Develop reporting dashboards for each corporate metric as well as executive dashboards featuring all relevant corporate metrics.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Unit on the implementation of automated reporting dashboards and ensure these are accessible and integrated within the wider strategic communication strategy.
- Benchmark performance in corporate metrics against industry and global trends, and research related developments.
- Collaborate with business units and strategy leadership to agree and formalize challenging but realistic targets for corporate metrics across a variety of time horizons.
- Collaborate with business units to identify corrective actions where required.
- Support business units in carrying out corrective actions, including through preparation of project documentation.
- Work with the Corporate Planning and Investment Planning unit to ensure that strategic objectives are discussed and
- tracked in relevant board level forums.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc updates on corporate performance to executive and senior management of the organization.
Requirements for Corporate Performance Senior Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Strategy Implementation, Corporate Performance.
- 6-7 years of experience with performance management software and tools.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Measurement and Management, Data Management.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance management.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- Formal training on maximizing benefits of generative AI (preferable).
- MS Office.
