Job Description

As their Nanny / Baby Sitter, you will be responsible for the well being and development of their children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth while they are away. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and loving environment where their children can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially.

Responsibilities of Nanny / Baby Sitter

  • Provide attentive and compassionate care for their children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily routines.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as reading, playing games, arts and crafts, and outdoor exploration.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes emotional security and positive self-esteem.
  • Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being both indoors and outdoors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up children’s play areas, doing children’s laundry, and washing bottles and dishes.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities, development, and any concerns or milestones.
  • Follow parents’ guidelines and routines for children’s sleep schedules, meals, and other preferences.

Requirements of Nanny / Baby Sitter

The requirements for the said job are as following.

  • Associate’s degree in child development a plus
  • Previous experience of less than 1 year in relevant field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Genuine love and passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
