Nowadays, Emaar has an opening for the position of F&B Ambassador (Lobby Lounge) in UAE.

Responsibilities of F&B Ambassador

  • Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
  • Conduct all operational tasks in F&B Service while living up to service standards and procedures.
  • Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
  • Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
  • Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.

Requirements for Role of F&B Ambassador

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/ College degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of one-year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional language is an asset.

Salary of F&B Ambassador

The company offers an attractive salary package of 6000 to 12000 AED, which will be negotiable during interview.
