Job Description
Retailing industry is currently seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities of Sales Manager
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise sales staff to ensure high quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements of Sales Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
