Job Description

Hotels/Restaurant industry is currently hiring for the job role of Assistant Restaurant Manager in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities of Assistant Restaurant Manager

Assist with the day to day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and inventory management.
Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well maintained at all times.
Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high quality service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Assist with the development and implementation of new menu items and specials.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements of Assistant Restaurant Manager

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
