Job Description
The School of Business at University of Wollongong Dubai is seeking applications from experienced Associate Professor with core research and practice impact in contemporary areas of Human Resource Management (HRM ). These include but not limited to People Analytics, Predictive Analytics for HR and role of Generative AI to enhance HR processes. Candidates should have a PhD in a closely related field, from a recognised university. A responsible researcher with outcomes including high impact publications generation of research income and industry research collaborations, with a focus on addressing societal challenges would be a plus.
Job Requirements of Associate Professor HRM
- PhD in a relevant discipline from an AACSB accredited international academic institution.
- Teaching and learning experience at an AACSB accredited institution.
- Experience in supervising Masters Research/Doctoral candidates.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Associate Professor role.
- Fluency in the English language (both spoken and written).
- They should also have experience in teaching at Masters and PhD levels.
- Industry experience or involvement in executive education would also be beneficial.
