Job Description

Office Equipment industry is seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant in Dubai. If you are proactive, resourceful, and have strong administrative skills, they encourage you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping tasks to ensure accurate and up to date documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions and special events.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Requirements of Administrative Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
