Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
Present menu options and make recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary restrictions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and modifications are communicated to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, adhering to presentation standards and ensuring guests’ satisfaction.
Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items, condiments, or refills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience of 1-2 years as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
