Job Description

System Administrator at Juma Al Majid Holding Group will be responsible to operate & Develop Infrastructure in the cloud as the primary data center and all its related components, and to ensure developed solutions are performed Fast, Cost-effective, Agile Response to the Workload and High Available.

Responsibilities of System Administrator

Attend day-to-day service requests.
Use monitoring tool site24x7.com to monitor full environment health check and perform daily checklist.
Ability to solve incidents according to defined SLA.
To work on service desk cycles (incidents, service requests, problems, changes, solutions, etc).
To solve problems in stressful situations.
To be able to configure Linux systems and troubleshooting.
To be able to build Windows environment (Servers, Hyper-V virtualization and Cluster).
To share knowledge with teammates.
To be able to work on the Azure Cloud environment (Azure fundamentals and system administration) to be certified is a must.
Optimize and tune systems performance.
To be able to maintain daily backup (Metallic data protection for O365 and infrastructure).
Maintain Active Directory and domain controller and understand the architecture.
Maintain Windows latest version and its features.
Prepare technical reports on the operation of systems.
Manage M365 (O365) system administration.
To build clones for Oracle EBS using Linux administration.
Azure Intune management.
Manageengine endpoint central (desktopcentral).
AWS cloud administration, to be certified.
Devops administration (certification is an advantage).
