Job Description
Make a positive impact on the lives of young learners as part of their dedicated day care staff in a school setting! Education industry in Dubai is seeking caring and responsible individuals to provide a nurturing environment for students during non academic hours.
Responsibilities of Day Care Staff
- Supervise and monitor students during day care hours.
- Organize and engage students in age appropriate activities.
- Ensure the safety and well being of all children in the day care.
- Assist with snacks and meals for students.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the day care area.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
Requirements of Day Care Staff
- Certification in early childhood education.
- First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years in day care or child care settings.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and lead age appropriate activities
- Patience and understanding in dealing with young children
- Flexibility to work during school hours.
