Job Description

Retailing industry is looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Salary for Store Manager:

This position pays between 5001 and 7000 AED.

Job Type:

This job is mid career, full time job.

Gender:

Responsibilities of Store Manager

  • Develop business strategies to raise their customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.

Requirements of Store Manager

  • High school diploma or degree in business administration or retail management.
  • Proven successful experience of 1-2 years in similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
  • Customer management skills.
