Job Purpose of A Head Of Digital Design
- The Head of Digital Products & Design leads the product design function at Digital within ADIB.
- Works closely with Executive leadership to shape & implement the digital strategy based on a thorough understanding of market trends, technical breakthroughs, and customer behavior inside and outside the industry.
Duties of A Head Of Digital Design & Products
- Build a coherent digital product and pipeline of value-creating innovation
- Leads the product function (Product owners) and design & experience function (UX, UI, research)
- Develop digital products and solutions.
- Guarantee the consistency and quality of the customer experience across all digital channels and touch points.
- Serve as thought leader and trusted business advisor to Executive management and various stakeholders.
- Ensure all controls and risks are managed properly.
- Prioritize with the relevant stakeholders the digital program and agenda that’s assigned to the digital department.
- Pro-actively research and identify new trends, innovation and capabilities to enhance the digital offering of ADIB for customers.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience
- 10+ years of total experience including 7+ years of best-in-class digital experience and knowledge, with a deep understanding of Product Management and digital experience design.
- Banking experience is a must.
- Experience in large company transformations (typically in the consumer and technology sectors).
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Superior intellect, strategic and tactical thinking ability, combined with a strong business sense to challenge the status-quo.
- Very strong problem-solving skills (analytical skills, creativity and logical thinking) to tackle complex issues; may go beyond application of existing know how.
- Capability to develop and articulate reliable plans and link them to functional and business financial plans.

- Proven success in leading, coaching and developing teams in a collaborative way.
