Job Description

Responsibilities of Valet Parking Attendant
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the establishment.
- Offer valet parking services, including safely parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic laws and parking regulations.
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, or other belongings as needed.
- Provide directions and recommendations to guests regarding local attractions, dining options, and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area, ensuring that vehicles are parked efficiently and orderly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate parking operations and address any issues or concerns.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously, striving to exceed expectations.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the security of guests’ vehicles and personal belongings.
- Assist with special events or occasions, including weddings, conferences, and parties, by providing valet parking services as required.
Requirements of Valet Parking Attendant
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a good understanding of local traffic and parking regulations.
- Physical stamina and mobility to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to [specify weight] pounds.
- Previous experience of 1-2 years as a valet parking attendant or in a customer service role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
