Job Description

Campaign Intern at Eyewa  will involve in planning, implementing and managing marketing operations processes to support the overall campaign marketing strategy; as well as working closely with various teams (marketing, retail, buying and creative teams), to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Permit Process: Understanding the retail campaign processes to provide support to retail marketing teams with all elements related to go to market.
  • Alignment with the retail marketing team against seasonal priorities and execution.
  • Applying for retail permits per country, per campaign and managing the process end to end.
  • Central Management System: CMS – managing the website portal to ensure all new stores are added to the store locator on web and app continue to ensure visibility for retail with digital platforms internally and via mall partners.
  • Creative Management: Brief in marketing requirements to the creative team, compiling briefs, pulling skus required for shoots and campaign go live.
  • Retail Visual Merchandising: Align with the retail teams on all operational manners related to go to market efforts.
  • Aligning on briefs, creatives and campaigns for marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish effective communication channels to share insights and updates.
  • Collaborate with sales, wider marketing teams, to align marketing processes with overall business operations.

Requirements for Role of Campaign Intern

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Economics or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates or 1 year of working experience in a professional capacity.
