Job Description
G4S is currently looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive for Facilities Management Division. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new businesses and generating sales from a portfolio of small to big business accounts in accordance with agreed quarterly targets to maximize company profitability.
Duties of Sales & Business Development Executive
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area.
- Build a strong sales pipeline.
- Sell a range of services that includes Facilities Management and Manpower Outsourcing.
- Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
- Prepare proposals, submittals and tenders.
- Coordinate site surveys along with the operations department.
- The recommendation of the operations department to be included in proposals submitted to clients.
- Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts & to achieve sales targets.
- Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
- Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.
- Meet clients regularly in order to understand the level of customer satisfaction with service delivered.
- Highlight noteworthy meeting minutes to key stakeholders internally.
- Maintain awareness of sales and other development amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company personnel.
- Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market.
- Perform other related duties as and when required.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Sales & Business Development Executive are as under:
- Degree / Diploma in any field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 5 of years experience in sales, the last 2 years from facilities management, aviation services and/or manpower outsourcing industry.
Skills
- Proven successful sales track record.
- Proficient in using computer application, MS Office & Google Suite.
- With working knowledge on Salesforce.com.
- Strong English communication skills, verbal & written.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
