Job Description
Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Achieve allocated sales targets through direct effort or via agents.
- Meet prospecting targets by ensuring the required number of prospects.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients .
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales.
Requirements of Business Development Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience of Real Estate.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Should be good at developing network , Client Relationship.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Analytical as well process oriented.
- Results driven individual with excellent team working skills.
- An ideal candidate should have a can do approach and professional outlook with the ability to remain calm and focused.
