Job Description

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek is urgently looking for well experienced candidate for the job role of Guest Services Officer Communication Center. The job holder will communicates effectively to ensure guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities of Guest Services Officer

  • You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
  • The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Requirements of Guests Services Officer

The requirements for the said job are as following.

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Salary of Guest Services Officer

The company offers an attractive salary package of 4000 to 8000 AED, which will be negotiable during interview.
