Job Description

Advertising industry is looking for motivated and customer focused Call Center Agent to join their team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities of Call Center Agent

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues or concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm orders, or conduct surveys.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and training.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements of Call Center Agent

  • High school diploma or equavalent.
  • Work experience of 1-2 years in similar role.
