As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities of Call Center Agent

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues or concerns.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm orders, or conduct surveys.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify opportunities for process improvement and training.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements of Call Center Agent

High school diploma or equavalent.
Work experience of 1-2 years in similar role.
