Responsibilities of Vendor Supervisor

• Maintaining accurate stock inventory for incremental sales through higher fulfillment and Reliability.
• Driving shopper efficiency and compliance through continuous training and monitoring.
• Ensure in the proper execution of inventory management and daily price changes for seamless customer experience.
• Daily huddles with branch managers to share reports and gather feedback to improve existing processes.
• This would include setting SOPs and SLAs for optimal output.
• Tackle partner issues and set processes in place to mitigate recurrence.
• Bring significant improvements on Operations and Logistics KPIs.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Vendor Supervisor are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in relevant roles.

Skills Desired

• Operational minded Buyer.
• Well versed with Supply Chain Management (Demand Planner).
• Warehouse manager (DC to store) / Physical Stock Logistics Leader.
• You are able to make informed decisions with thorough analysis.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
