Job Description
Administrative Assistant at Emirates NBD is responsible to provides a full range of office management services that entails planning and organizing travel arrangements and department’s meetings / conferences and other events in a timely and cost effective way, deal effectively with internal and external interfaces (often involving top/senior people) to ensure proper follow up, co ordination.
Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant
- Drafting correspondence.
- Follow up on pending items.
- Arrange for efficient operation of office equipment, replenish office supplies like Laptop, staff ID card, access, parking etc.
- Support staff that are being onboarded and offboarded.
- Channel internal / external issues, prioritize and escalated as required.
- Amend organization chart of unit, when changes occur.
- Prepare and coordinate the agenda, supporting documents, and take minutes of meetings.
- Plan & schedule meetings and co-ordinate with counter parties.
- Observe confidential procedures and register / track accountable or statutory documentation in order to ensure appropriate level of confidentiality, security and control.
Requirements of Administrative Assistant
- University Degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative function.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Fluent in English and Russian language.
