Job Description
As a Spray Painter at IIQAF Group, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to their custom furniture pieces. You will work with a range of materials such as wood, metal and plastic and use specialized tools and techniques to achieve a flawless finish. This is a hands on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high quality work.
Duties of Spray Painter
- Prepare furniture pieces for painting by sanding, priming and filling any imperfections.
- Select appropriate coatings and paint colors based on project requirements.
- Use spray guns to apply paint evenly and accurately.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and hues.
- Use stencils or other methods to create patterns or designs.
- Ensure surfaces are properly cleaned and prepped before painting.
- Monitor and maintain paint and coating supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements of Spray Painter
- Profession qualification or courses in paint work.
- 2 plus years of proven experience as a Spray Painter.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of different types of paint, coatings and finishes.
- Knowledge of painting tools and equipment.
- Ability to accurately mix and match paint colors.
- Excellent eye for detail and exceptional hand eye coordination.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
