Commis I Pastry at Adagio Premium The Palm Accor UAE (part of Accor Hotel Chain) is responsible to assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry items, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards. The hotel published this job on February 13, 2024 and is open to receive application from interested candidate.
Responsibilities of Commis I Pastry
- Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and instructed by the Executive Chef.
- Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Has excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Be familiar with the other kitchen sections, promoting flexibility and productivity.
- Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
Requirements of Commis I Pastry
- Ideally you would have a qualification/certification in pastry/culinary
- 1-2 years of experience as a Pastry Commis Chef.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Have passion for Pastry and willing to learn
