Purpose of A Manager Brand Development & Corporate Identity
Enhance and promote the EITC brand identity and market presence through various marketing strategies.
Duties of A Manager Brand Development & Corporate Identity
- Oversee brand strategy implementation and key associated deliverables.
- Manage successful development of all brand communications.
- Consult on development of communication strategy across corporate, enterprise and consumer communications.
- Delivery of brand related or brand driven projects across all departments.
- Work closely with commercial communications, channel communications and corporate communications to ensure cross-partner collaboration in delivering communications elements.
- Work consultatively with marketing and customer experience to support definition & delivery, proposition design, communications development, retail experience, call centre interactions and other aspects of brand delivery.
- Manage on going agency partner relationships to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Activity reporting and active collaboration with planning & performance function.
- Day to day liaison, alignment, briefing / debriefs and project delivery with counterparts in Commercial, Channel and Corporate Communications.
- Manage brand driven experience rollout.
- Support brand development team leader in brand driver, trademark protection (with legal), brand risk mitigation plan.
Who Can Apply?
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/related.
Experience
- Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in Brand and/or Marketing Communications roles.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a team management role.
- Prior experience in Telecoms, integrated communication, and communication.
Knowledge & Skills Desired
- Detailed understanding of brand strategy, brand architecture, brand identity, naming, brand experience design, retail experience design, internal brand alignment, brand health measurement, brand analytics, brand valuation, cross-channel communications strategy and planning, brand advertising development.
- Understanding of the Telecommunications category.
- Strategic planning, both business and brand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ideally Arabic.
- Ability to communicate with and engage with senior management and company officers.
- Ability to plan and organise.
- Problem solving & analytical skills.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
